The exhibition hall of the Leshan Giant Buddha Museum in Leshan City, Sichuan Province opened on Dec. 6, 2016. Mount Emei and Leshan Giant Buddha celebrated the 20th anniversary of their successful application for world heritage status on Dec. 6, 2016.
