Temporary homes to be set in Sichuan
The quake has displaced 14 million people. To solve the immediate urgency of finding temporary homes for people to live about one million temporary houses will be constructed. The first 250,000 houses are scheduled to be completed in a month, before June 25th.

Staff from the Center of Disease Control in both the Sichuan provincial capital Chengdu and Pengzhou city have been monitoring water sources in the Pengzhou region since the day after the earthquake.
Premier Wen meets Ban Ki-moon in quake zone
Premier Wen Jiabao has thanked UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon for the United Nations' quake relief efforts. Ban Ki-moon arrived in the capital of Sichuan Province Saturday morning and went directly to the epicenter of the quake, Yingxiu town, where he expressed his sympathy for the people there.
