The scenic spots of Mount Qingcheng and Dujiangyan Irrigation System will open to tourists for free on Dec. 25, according to the Mount Qingcheng-Dujiangyan Scenic Area Management Bureau.

A total of 70,000 free tickets have gone online for reservation, and tourists who have made a successful reservation can tour the Dujiangyan Irrigation System and the front and rear mountains of Mount Qingcheng Scenic Area free of charge on that day. Visitors should remember to bring their identity cards.

Sales of tickets for access to these scenic areas will be suspended on that day to ensure safety and order.
