The People's Court of Songpan County sets up a circuit court in Chuangzhusi Township in late August to handle tourism disputes and provide legal services.

This is Sichuan's first circuit court for tourism disputes in its plateau area.

The circuit has a service window, a settlement room and a car for its staff members to move about.

It has also entrusted Mounigou, Huanglong and local airport authorities to collect tourism complaints on its behalf.
