# Enjoying hot springs amid ice and snow

Place: Hailuogou (Conch Gully) National Glacier Park, Sichuan province

Hailuogou (Conch Gully) National Glacier Park is located on the eastern side of Gonggar Mountain in Luding county of the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze, Sichuan province. The park's glaciers are typical marine glaciers, which are rarely found either in low-latitude areas or at low altitude.

Here, visitors can not only admire the characteristic glacier icefall and diverse primitive forest up-close, but also enjoy hot springs beneath snow-capped peaks.
