# Naadams of Ice and Snow

Place: Hulun Buir, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Naadams of Ice and Snow, also called Winter Naadam, is a traditional festival held annually in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The festival features a series of events including skiing, Mongolian wrestling, horse racing, ice fishing and sledding.

Most of the events incorporate ethnic elements, with local minorities dressing in traditional costumes and showcasing their nomadic culture through various activities and performances.
