Established in 1996, Evergrande Group is engaged in the residential industry, commercial property, tourist compounds, the cultural industry and the sports business. It now owns more than 200 constructions in over 120 cities across China, including residential properties, hotels and travel complexes.
In 2012, the Evergrande brand value stood at 24.86 billion yuan (US$4 billion), and the brand was the most valuable for three consecutive years of China. The sales volume was 92.32 billion yuan (US$14.85 billion).
