Founded in 1992, Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd is a large state-owned real estate enterprise held by China Poly Group. It focuses on property development, commodity residential building distribution and the provision of property management services.
By the end of 2012, the total assets of the Poly Group came to 378.6 billion yuan (US$60.9 billion) and net assets stood at 88.4 billion yuan (US$14.22 billion). In 2012, revenue reached some 98.9 billion yuan (US$15.91 billion) and the net profit was 13.68 billion yuan (US$2.2 billion).
