Founded in 2001, the group focuses on developing large scale and high quality estate projects in dynamic cities with potential high economic growth across China.
By the end of 2012, the enterprise's sales revenue had reached 28.6 billion yuan (US$4.602 billion), up 10.1 percent compared with 2011. However, operating profits were only 10 billion yuan (US$1.61 billion), down 9.1 percent due to a clean-up of the inventory, according to the company's annual report.
