Zhuangyuan Beans 狀元豆

This traditional snack can easily be found at vendors, grocery stores and snack streets. The beans taste the same as another popular snack, Five Fragrance Eggs, which are boiled in a broth composed of cinnamon, anise, ginger and sometimes tea leaves. The beans are full of aroma, and are hard to stop eating if you try one.
