Founded in 1997, Evergrande Real Estate Group Ltd. is a comprehensive large-scale real estate enterprise integrating planning, design, development and construction of real estate and property management. It has in total launched 112 large-scale real estate projects in 62 major cities across the country and its properties include middle-end, middle and high-end, high-end and tourist estates. The company was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited on November 5, 2009.
Evergrande is one of the best real estate enterprises in China with the sales amount exceeding 50 billion yuan in 2010, and its 8-billion yuan brand value ranks the first place in the country's real estate industry. In the first five months of this year, it sold 4.86 million square meters of properties, ranking the first in China, which brought 33.7 billion yuan of sales value, ranking the second.
