It is mainly engaged in the field of engineering machinery manufacturing, with products including construction equipments, road construction equipments, crane machinery, and pile driving machinery, covering 26 categories and more than 200 types. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 3, 2003.
In 2010, the operating income of the company reached 33.955 billion yuan, 78.9% higher than 2009. Its net profit reached 5.6 billion yuan in 2010, 112.7% higher than the previous year. The company has also invested in India, US, Germany and Brazil, and built R&D and manufacturing plants there.
