Established in 1985, Agile Property Holdings (Agile Property) was originally a furniture maker. The company entered the property development business in 1992 and has since become one of the biggest property developers in Guangdong Province. It's headquartered in Zhongshan, Guangdong.
Agile Property mainly operates in three business segments: property development, property management and design and decoration. On December 15, 2005, the company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
