Bastian Schweinsteiger, born in 1984, is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bayern Munich and the German national team. He signed for Bayern Munich as a youth team player in 1998 and then grew into a professional and excellent football player there. Schweinsteiger has won many trophies in his still continuing career, including five Bundesliga titles (2003, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010), five German Cups (2003, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2010) and two League Cups (2004 and 2007).
