The "red-shirts" Friday raised three pre-conditions for new talks with the government during the visit by foreign diplomatic representatives to rally site, Thai News Agency (TNA) reported.

Prior to the TNA report, "red-shirts" core leader Natthawut Saikua disclosed diplomatic representatives from 40 countries planned to visit the rally site at Rathchaprasong area at 16.00 p. m.

Thai News Agency reported during the visit, the foreign diplomatic representatives asked the "red-shirts" core leaders to resume talks with the government.

And, after that, core leader Veera Musikapong read a statement, which said the "red-shirts" are ready to resume the talks with the government if the government agrees with their three demands.

They demand the lower House of parliament be dissolved witin 30 days, establishment of an independent panel to probe the clashes on April 10 and a series of bomb blasts that hit capital Bangkok's main financial district of Silom Thursday night, and the government stop threatening the "red-shirts."

The "red-shirts" rally has been held since March 12 as they have demanded the prime minister dissolve the lower House and hold a new general election.

The "red-shirts" have viewed that, apart from the House dissolution, there is no other solution to the country's ongoing political conflict.
