The Thai "red-shirt" group is ready to resume political talks with the government if the Prime Minister agrees to dissolve the lower House of parliament within 30 days, core leader Veera Musikapong said Friday.

Also, Veera said an independent panel should be set up to probe the clashes between the "red-shirts" and troops on April 10 and a series of bomb blasts that hit capital Bangkok's main financial district of Silom Thursday night, Thai News Agency reported.

His statement was made amid the rising political tension as terrorists are also found among the "red-shirt" protesters.

Hence, all sections in the country are increasingly worried how the coalition government will deal with the prolonged "red-shirt" rally.

The anti-government "red-shirt" rally has started from March 12 as they have demanded the Prime Minister dissolve the lower House of parliament and hold a new general election.

The "red-shirts" have viewed that, apart from the House dissolution, there is no other solution to the country's ongoing political conflict.

But, at the same time the number of Thais in various-color shirts, who have opposed the early House dissolution, is increasingly growing.
