This cold dish features tender chicken and a hint of numbing effect with a unique spicy flavor. 

It is made by stewing the chicken and tearing it into strips to create texture, before mixing it with such ingredients as pepper oil, garlic, spring onions and onions. The resulting taste is both rich and refreshing.
