4. The NCAC strengthened the supervision of copyright administrative enforcement. 

In 2020, the NCAC attached great importance to the establishment of a copyright system, strengthened the supervision of copyright administrative law enforcement, and enhanced copyright protection. 

In May 2020, the NCAC issued the "Notice on Regulating the Copyright Order of Photographic Works" to increase copyright governance in the field of photographs, regulate the copyright order of photographic works, and promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism for copyright protection of photographic works. 

In November 2020, the NCAC issued the "Notice on Further Review and Confirmation of Evidence for Copyright Administrative Enforcement" to reduce the rights protection burden of rights holders, improve the working mechanisms and effectiveness of copyright administrative enforcement.
