Chameleon

The chameleon has very unusual eyes. Its eyelids are fused, covering almost the entire eyeball, except for a small hole to let the pupil see through. Each eye can move independently from the other, which means that the creature can scan for objects in different directions. Theoretically, it has a full 360 degree field of vision which, combined with sharp eyesight, helps it capture flying insects.
