The Chow Tai Fook Binhai Center is located at the intersection of First Avenue and Xinchengxilu Road, adjacent to the public square of Tianjin. When completed in 2015, the building will stand 530 meters high and has 101 floors with 97 above the ground and 4 under the ground. The CTF Center also contains a variety of green design features, which will significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions, water consumption and peak power consumption.
