Funded by Greenland Group, a leading real estate developer in China, the Dalian Greenland Center is a skyscraper project under construction in Dalian, south of Liaoning Province. When completed, the building will have 85 floors above the ground and cover a total area of 60,000 square meters. It is expected to be completed in 2016.
