The German automaker BMW will officially unveil a long-wheelbase version of its latest 3-Series sedan at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show next week. The stretched version, to be made by Brilliance-BMW joint-venture, is customized exclusively for the Chinese market.

BMW stretched the standard vehicle by 4.3 inches to offer more room in the rear seat to ensure the best travel comfort. There will be three models: BMW 320Li, 328Li and the top-end 335Li, all featuring BMW's TwinPower Turbo Technology.

The production will be launched in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in June, and the vehicles will be available at the end of this year.
