Bartz, the former CEO of Yahoo, is known for her sharp words and quick thinking. Many analysts regarded her as the hope of Yahoo. However, she didn't bring change in her 32 month tenure. Although she increased the profit margins by cutting costs, she didn't make any improvements on income. Bartz was good at laying off employees and making big news. But she was not good at making products. Almost every new product or service in her reign followed Google. In September, she was fired by the board ahead of her term to 2013. People think that the equity transfer of Alipay was the powder hose.
