L. Stine is an American writer who is known for his horror fiction novels series Goosebumps. His books have been translated into 32 languages and have sold over 300 million copies worldwide. In three consecutive years during the 1990s, USA Today named Stine America's best-selling author.
His other best sellers include Goosebumps, Rotten School, Mostly Ghostly, The Nightmare Room, and Fear Street
Stine made 7 million yuan (1.05 million US dollars) in royalties in the Chinese mainland over the past ten years through 2010.
