Wu Zhengzhong was born in Qingdao in 1954 and is a photographer with Qingdao Finance Daily. He has taken large numbers of pictures of Qingdao, covering 10 themes such as "Old Street in Qingdao", "Laoshan Compound, the Last Slum" and so on. His works are permanently housed in Guangdong Art Museum and in the possession of private collectors.
