Colorful shaomai, a kind of steamed dim sum, are made at the Xianyukou Branch of Bianyifang restaurant in Beijing to celebrate the Lantern Festival and the ongoing Winter Olympics, Feb. 15, 2022. Bianyifang is a time-honored brand originally founded in 1416 during the Ming dynasty.
