Wu Huaxia, the eighth-generation inheritor of Duyichu shaomai, a national intangible cultural heritage in China, holds up a shaomai (steamed dim sum) at the Xianyukou Branch of Bianyifang restaurant in Beijing, Feb. 15, 2022.
