Farmers work in the rice fields of Shucheng County, which was located in the lower reaches of Longhekou reservoir, east China's Anhui Province on May 31, 2011. The lingering drought has affected Anhui Province since this spring. Longhekou reservoir, one reservoir of the Pishihang water conservancy system, has irrigated a total area of 103,300 hectares in its lower reaches since April 29, 2011.
