Fourty-one-year-old Cering (rear) teaches his apprentice to draw tangka, traditional Tibetan scroll paintings, in Qamdo, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, March 26, 2009. Cering began to make ritual implements when he was 15. He owns a company, which has taught over 40 handicraft people including three handicapped ones.
