Photo taken on March 24, 2009 shows the insignia for the Serfs Emancipation Day. The insignia's design features China's five-star, red national flag, along with the sun and snow-capped mountains. The People's Congress of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region endorsed a motion in January this year designating March 28 as the Serfs Emancipation Day to commemorate the emancipation of millions of serfs and slaves in Tibet 50 years ago.
