Decree of the State Council of the People's Republic of China

The Regulations on Prevention of and Preparedness for Meteorological Disasters, adopted at the 98th Executive Meeting of the State Council on January 20, 2010, are hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of April 1, 2010.
