Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 47 The prevention of and preparedness for meteorological disaster by the Chinese People's Liberation Army shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Central Military Commission.

Article 48 The Regulations shall be effective as of April 1, 2010.
