WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- U.S. President Donald Trump said Monday that he called Russian President Vladimir Putin and began the arrangements for a face-to-face meeting between Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at a location to be determined.
