Xi: China to donate US$10 mln to APEC

President Xi Jinping announced that China will donate 10 million U.S. dollars for institutional development and capacity building of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) on Tuesday.
Xi made the announcement at the 22nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting.
