Premier Wen Jiabao will attend the 10th Meeting of Prime Ministers of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to be held in St. Petersburg in Russia from Nov. 6 to 8, Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei announced on Monday.

Wen was invited by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Hong said at a press briefing.
