Elsewhere in Europe, Eurostar trains began its services between Brussels, Paris, and London after three days of cancelled service. More than 2 thousand people were stuck under the Channel Tunnel as their trains broke down due to the weather.

British Airways says a majority of flights have been resumed after it cancelled all domestic and European flights from London Heathrow airport on Monday. Frankfurt airport, Europe's third largest, also resumed operations after closing overnight on Tuesday.
