Unknown militants have blown up a school in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, according to local TV reports Sunday.

The private Geo TV quoted sources as saying that the explosion occurred Saturday night as the planted bomb went off, annihilating the school completely but in the meantime, no loss of life was reported.
