Putin wishes Chinese athletes good luck in Sochi

Russian President Vladimir Putin has visited the China House in Sochi and wished the Chinese athletes at the Winter Olympics good luck.
After a performance by Chinese martial art athletes, Putin met with representatives of the Chinese sports delegation, pledging to improve youth and sports exchanges. He congratulated the Chinese delegation on its first Sochi Olympic medal.
Putin also visited a photo exhibition of China-Russia sports exchanges and learned about Beijing's bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
Putin said: "President Xi Jinping has asked me to pay special attention to the performance of the Chinese athletes. I believe they will achieve good results this time in Sochi."
