Chinese Supreme People's Court has published the top ten most socially influential cases in IPR judicial protection from last year. Among them, seven are civil cases, two administrative, and one criminal.

Three civil cases were related to trademark infringement disputes, from the Internet area to automobiles. Both of the other two Internet cases are illicit competition disputes. There have also been patent disputes.
