President Hu delivers important speech at Seoul NSS

Leaders and top officials from more than 50 nations are gathered in Seoul for the 2012 Nuclear Security Summit, along with representatives of international organizations including the UN and the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The topic for this summit is Beyond Security, Towards Peace. Tuesday morning's plenary session was hosted by South Korean president Lee Myung Bak. The topics discussed were nuclear security measures and international security cooperation.
