China has issued a white paper on its peaceful development strategy. The paper states China's long-term goals and foreign policies. It implies that peaceful development isn't solely a domestic issue, but concerns the rest of the world too. China has declared on many occasions it is committed to upholding world peace and promoting common development and prosperity.
