Rio is an upcoming 2011 3D computer-animated film. It tells a story of Blu, a rare species of Blue Macaw resident at a bookstore in Moose Lake, Minnesota.

It is directed by Carlos Saldanha and written by Don Rhymer. The main characters are voiced by Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway and George Lopez. The film will be released in China on April 8, 2011.
