Dramatic video has emerged from Japan of people scrambling to get onto the roof of a building to escape rapidly rising waters in the moments after the devastating tsunami struck last Friday. This took place in the city of Sendai against a backdrop of swirling water and devastation, cars piled up against trees and buildings.
