Child trafficking is a horror most families live without. But for vulnerable ones, it can be an all to real nightmare. Technology can help increase awareness and re-unite parents with sons and daughters who feared they would never be seen again. Chinese microblogger service sina is used by 125 million people, but one man is changing lives.

Professor Yu Jianrong is encouraging microbloggers to take pictures of child beggars on the streets. His web page helps parents find their abducted children. In less than 2 weeks, Yu's microblog has attracted 80 thousand followers, including the country's most influential celebrities. Over 17 hundred images of children begging have been put on the site and been re-posted. So far, four trafficked children have been identified and the Ministry of Public Security has begun helping lost children with their families.
