In the Liaoning Pavilion at the World Expo, a state-of-the-art 4D cinema with a 360 degree screen has been built. Multimedia movies are played to show the charm of 14 Liaoning cities.

The movie starts with a huge bird flying over the land of Liaoning, symbolizing the province taking off on its economic path. It also echoes the pavilion's exhibit of the fossils of the world's oldest bird.

Liaoning's six world cultural heritages, its contributions to China's economy, and a futuristic vision for the area are all shown in the film. In the cinema, the audience is surrounded by a 360 degree screen, making them feel like part of the film.

Special effects such as fog, heat, and bubbles are added to make the watching experience more interactive.
