The southern Chinese city of Shenzhen is making a name for itself, as a leader in new energy vehicle use. It was the first city in the world to offer electric public transport. And now it's setting new targets. To have 24 thousand electric cars and 75 more charging stations by 2012. Xie Rui has this report.
