Works of art manifesting the great achievements from the founding of New China to the present will go on display at a grand exhibition at the National Art Museum of China. The show is set to open on Friday.
The exhibition takes a retrospective look at the artistic achievements of Chinese fine arts over the past six decades. On display will be 687 items, some of which are on loan from major provincial museums and galleries. There are also masterpieces from private collections.
