Taiwan singer Zhang Xuan has once again thrilled her fans at the recent Zhangbei Music Festival with her song "City". As the final performer of the festival, she appeared on the stage at two in the morning. But her fans were still waiting and cheering. The 28-year-old singer first shot to stardom in 2006.
