The Golden Mask Dynasty
Set in the Golden Mask Dynasty, a legendary age in China, the stage epic tells how a queen who wears a golden mask creates a splendid dynasty through wisdom, tolerance, trust, and boundless love. In eight acts, it tells stories of war, bountiful pastures, the forging of metal, ceremonies, the moon, floods, feats and illusions.
The show is presented on a two-thousand square meter stage at the OCT Theatre at Beijing's Happy Valley amusement park.
They even produce an amazing real flood right on stage! A state-of-the-art water system was installed for the climatic effect in which tons of water are poured onto the stage from different directions, creating a breath-taking scene with video shown on the backdrop.
