A group of gunmen have attacked a police training center in the Pakistani city of Lahore. They killed at least eight policemen, and wounded 20 others.

The attack occurred as dozens of police officers carried out morning drills. Attackers struck with assault rifles and hand grenades.
Several officers were shot down, while some crawled on their hands and knees to escape the firing. The Lahore police chief said six to seven attackers using AK-47s were involved in the shooting.
